Please take note that we (Carl Jung Resources) sell only digital items. Since digital items such as: email courses and papers (PDF) can't be returned to the owner, we don't issue refunds.

Still you may ask for a full refund if you registered with one of our email courses within one day since the course started (that is, you already received the lesson #1). This way you can test our course risk free.

Should you need a refund know, please send your request to support@carl-jung.net with subject "request refund" (without quotes). Also send us a copy of your invoice. Prior of sending us your request, please check out your request to fit our return policy above.

Refunds are processed within 30 days since the course registration.
